I was once told that during my twenties it would be the time that habits are most likely to lock in for the rest of my life; so in an attempt to be more proactive, I've been taking the steps to cement more productive habits with my time.
One of these habits is to release myself from the clutches of pornography. Personally, it has weaken my libido, imagination/ visualization, and has left me with a weak EQ whether it be solo or with a partner.
I don't have a job, so I can't exactly reward myself when I reach my milestones: so reading, successfully finishing workouts/ cardio, or pushing myself into new social atmospheres will be my rewards for now.
I will update via a week by week notice, marking my milestones in months, and adding comments regarding my thoughts as the days go on.
