1. Bathmate hot water warm up for 15 minutes.

2. 1100 side to sides.

3. break and then 900 more side to sides.

4. Bathmate warm down but with mild pressure for twenty minutes.

I measured once today when I was very hard and the ruler read 7 3/16. Lets see if I can get more consistent readings!!!
