1. 10 minutes in Bathmate at low pressure and hot water to warm up tissue.
2. Did 1500 side o side stretches. (was easier to perform this number than the four hundred less I did on Sunday)
3. Did 20 minutes of Bathmate because I was not able get enough of an erection to do viking squeezes. It was also a good warm down. Perhaps erection quality decreased because of the stretching the previous day and I will monitor my morning wood more closely tomorrow for PIs.
4. Used extender for 1 hour with the two inch rods.
