Today's routine was 8 minutes stretching with 4 sets as follows (up, left, right circles) , (straight out, left, right, circles), (down, left, right, circles), and 3 repetitions of bundled stretches. Each subset stretch was for 30 seconds so the routine took 7 1/2 minutes. Then I did 4 minutes of wet jelqing followed by the Bathmate X40 hydro-pump for 22 minutes. Altogether it took 45 minutes to exercise my unit. Not a big time commitment for increased # of hardons and for being very hard.
I am resting in bed with thick flaccid hang. It feels great.
