Week 2

Hi Friends,

the second week of JP's routine went also well. I had 3 days of intense training so decided and felt like giving 2 days of rest to my unit, just to make sure I would subsequently feeling it ready to excercise again. I'm starting to see a slight improvement in both lenght and girth at non erected levels. Also a nice improve on erection quality sometimes; most likely due to an improvement of blood flow.
