1. 1 hour 10 minutes with 2 inch bars screws turned 1/4 inch, then
1 hour 40 minutes with 3 in bars then
2 hours 30 minutes with 3 inch bars
2. Rotary cranks 50 times, side/side 70 times, v-stretch 3 times each for 10 seconds.
3. 30 minutes of Bathmate application with last 25 at full pressure.
twenty minute break the 30 more minutes with Bathmate. While using it stretched up, down, left, and right in each direction for 30 seconds did two sets.
4. 40 minutes of light jelqing.
5. 2 uli's for 30 seconds.
