1. 5 hours extender use.
when I took a break I would stretch my unit by doing 10 to 15 seconds cranking and pulling.
I used the extender stretched out to 7 3/8 for 2 hours.
Then stretched to 7 1/4 for 2 hours
then again to 7 5/8 for 1 hours.
2. The following stretches took roughly 2 hours because I would take breaks every now and then.
150 side to side stretches
5 leg tuck pulls anywhere between 15 and 45 seconds
20 minutes of cranks at roughly 3 seconds per crank
10 minutes side to side
15 minutes in total pulling to the left, right and up.
3. 10 minutes of Bathmate use at medium to high pressure. Took a break of roughly five minutes and did slow cranks in each direction for a couple minutes and also penile slapping. Then...
30 minutes of Bathmate use at high pressure. My unit is conditioned and could take the expansion. When I first started this would not have been possible without 'donuting' or injury.
