1. Conducted stretches while using the bathroom at least five times today. Stretched hard for 10 seconds each visit. It seems that it just keeps me from turteling.
2. 6 hours of extender use, stretched between 7 3/8 to 7 5/8 inches.
3. 10 minutes of jelqing and did 3 uli's each for 30 seconds.
4. used Bathmate twice first time for 12 minutes, and I also stretched my unit up, down, left, and right in each direction for thirty seconds, did four sets.
Second time used it for 25 minutes at max pressure. However, the bottom rung of the gaiter came loose. I was still able to use but will contact Bathmate for a replacement.
If not for the need of sleep would place the extender on my unit.
