Day one of week two went a little sub-par. Warm up with new heating pad went GREAT, stretching was FANTASTIC, but the jelqs and the v-jelqs could have gone a little better. Mostly the jelqs though. Then tried to balloon a little bit, for ten minutes or so, but it just wasnt doing it and my kegals arent as strong because i had a tough kegal work out the day before, so the blood just wasnt flowing well enough. Oh well! Will try the ballooning thing in a couple more days.
Doing 4 days on, 2 off, the 3 days on, 2 off, to just shake it up a bit and try and see which is going to be best for my gains!
