Day 5!
Warm up went better then yesterday and stretching and wet jelqing went GREAT! Think I went a little too hard with the v-jelqs however, because some turtling is visible, but not as much as before! Gonna take these next two days off and do fowfers two times a day on each side just to work on the flaccid hang and the flow of blood! Hopefully some positive PIs show up during these rest and growth days! I will be posting again on day 8 or Wednesday the 29th for my 2nd week of workouts!
