4 Ways To Beat Turkey Neck

The turkey neck made my penis look smaller and I am now thankfully at about 1 inch of turkey neck. So I am still yet to discover if I can completely fix my turkey neck but here are 4 ways that have helped me. Figure I'd share.

1) Reverse Erect Skin Stretch: Get erect, place one ahead right below the penis head with a somewhat tight grip, and place the other hand right below the top hand. With the 2nd hand grip your penis tightly around the entire circumference, palm facing in, and bring your hand back until it reaches your body. Grip the penis tightly or it will be ineffective. You should feel slight pain in the skin as you pull back, which means you are stretching it. Alternate placement of both hands as your feel necessary. I do 15 of each for a total of 30 stretches. I have found this to be the most effective exercise.

2) Reverse Flaccid Skin Stretch: Same as erect, except the hand beneath the head holds it taught outwards as if your penis is erect. 2nd most effective exercise.

3) Massage your testicles while showering. Turkey is also terrible because the lack of skin makes your scrotum hang higher. Combat this by taking your favorite soap, bodywash, etc. and massage in between and around your testicles. Then massage each testicle with the palm of your hand individually. This will cause your testicles to relax and hang lover, thus combating turkey neck. 3rd most effective but rumor has it this exercise aids in testicle health and sperm production so its a good idea to do this exercise anyway.

4) Penis-Scrotum Diverging Stretch: Grip the base of your penis with one hand, palm facing in or out (your preference), and the other hand gripping around the front of your scrotum. Pull your penis upwards with one hand and pull the scrotum down with the other, which will stretch the underside skin of your penis and help erase your turkey neck. This exercise was the least effective for me but it still helps and is easy to do in the shower.

There you have it, 4 ways I have learned to combat turkey which have legitimately helped me. For time reference, I have been doing these stretches at least 2 out of 3 days, doing any 2 combinations of these exercises throughout the day for the past 1.5 months and I have erased 1 inch of my turkey neck. There are many threads asking how to beat it and not many threads answering, so here is one. Good luck my friends.

I should also mention that while doing penis-enlargement exercises such as stretching or jelqing, one should always holds one hand taught at the base of their penis in order to hold the skin back so it does not stretch out, which causes turkey neck. For any moderator, this piece of information should be included in beginner threads
