Hey there. I do not see a whole lot of people use the blog function so I am just gonna kinda use it for my own archival purposes since it is easy to go through rather than any individual post I make. I figure once I start getting thick gains, this will be useful to look back on.

I have slightly altered my routine. I have gone from 300 jelqs to 320. And I have added edging following use of the Hydromax, both so I can make those gains more sustainable and so I can look at how impressive my dick looks after. So currently here is my routine:

5 min stretching sessions 3-5 times a day.

5 sets of 10 on kegel squeezes randomly during the day.

The "Session":

5-10 min warm-up stretching,

320 x OK jelqs,

5 min warm-up, blood circulation,

5 min x 3 sessions on the Hydromax 7 with 30-50% erection,

5 min warm down,

Measurement (If it's Saturday).


I currently do this three times a week followed by a one day break.

I am having some light issues I may need some thoughts on. For one, following my jelqing today I attempted to get a full erection for the Hydromax but failed to. I do not know if it would be smarter to leave jelqing in the morning, or only do jelqing 2/3 times out of my current active days. I would say following that despite me really feeling the blood flowing in my body, especially downstairs, I could only get a 20% erection (if that even). It took the first round on the Hydromax to be able to get up to a 40% erection, and even then I was struggling to get there even with pornography, and I only got stretches on the Hydromax not even a tenth of an inch past where I usually get where completely flaccid following a warm-up. Following jelqing, once I got to that 40% point I found it hard to go any further without feeling like I was about ejaculate.

Afterwards I did some edging though and I am happy to say that that went completely fine, though in terms of length there was not any major expansion which was a little surprising.

Here is what I got with measurements:

BPSL: 6.3 in

NBPSL: 5.3 in

These are very basic measurements, I lack something to effectively take girth well, but I feel like most of my good progress has been there. My fat pad has gotten bigger since the past measurement. I am not sure why, I am eating less, doing more consistent core exercises. I think I will have to start doing cardio, since I can't really think of much else to do with this, even though I feel like cardio would make my blood circulation feel a little wonky when I am doing my PE.

The BPSL improvement has been very impressive, over the past three weeks there has been some nice improvement with that, but I find that my erection length is only slightly better, and on my days off I do not see much improvement to anything. Is The BPSL and BPEL having a bit of a difference normal or is it a sign of something like overexertion? It's my third or fourth week at this point so I feel like I should be pretty well adjusted to all of this. I do think though I should try stepping up to using the Hydromax 7 with a full or 80% erection since my resistance to it flaccid has been getting a bit more evident to me, plus that would help a lot with my erect length gain. I would show pictures with this but I did not take pictures when I began or since. I feel really uncomfortable with taking any picture of my penis or showing it to anyone, since I consider it a sort of work in progress that is not at its ideal point right now (Losing 120 pounds I never took a picture of my body, since I feel like even now I am still improving my weight, diet, and overall health).

I would really appreciate any thoughts, improvements, or notes to take into consideration when it comes to some of my issues as well as my routine. Until I figure out my way forward, I am taking jelqing off of my routine.
