New routine time

Using an extender for 4 hours per workout day hasn't been going well, i get too sore, the left side of base of the penis feels a weak pain, so I'm switching things up until i can get back into using the extender with a different workout volume.

04.08 Warmed up and edged, I did erect glans squeezed for 15 secs x 8 reps, just for starters.
Started hanging very, very lightly, just to get into it. 92gram stone for a total of 1.5 hours.

04.09 Planned to be a rest day, as i see a few red spots just under the glans.
