I am making this my record-keeping journal. Not going to log in every day!
Starting measurements:
BPEL: 14-15cm/5,5-5,9inch, depending on day and EQ
Girth: at the tip: 12,5cm/4,9inch
at the shaft (middle): 10,2cm/4inch
at the base: 11,5cm/4,5inch
I am using the following routine to start with, as of 08. July 2019:
Warmup 5-10min with hot washing cloth, reheating if necessary
2x Stretches to each side for around 5-10 seconds
50 Jelqs @ 4-5seconds each
2 Pressure holds @ 30-45 seconds, gripping the base and the tip to force the bloodflow in the middle.
50-100 kegels as i warmdown with the washcloth for another approx 5-10min.
I will do some egding from time to time to exercise afterwards when i feel like it. But i try to avoid it if i can since i want to adapt a nofap lifestyle.
The lube i am using for the Jelqs is coconut oil, feels great, smells good and doesn't go dry.
The only problem i have as of yet is that i start to get erect to fast after warming up. Styaing flacid for the stretches is difficult at the moment.
Nice would be any improvement in girth at the base before the tip and maybe a little bit of lenght.
I really don't want more then 16,5cm/6,4-17cm/6,6inch as i feel that i wont be able to go in all the way anymore without causing pain. I am way too rough for that to want to actively take that away.
Planned are 2 days workout and 1 day rest, repeat.
