today is my fourth week 3rd day , i measured yesterday and i found that i have small gains but iam confused about measuring
my first measure was BPEL: 5.7 inches EG:4.4 inches was measuring girth from under the glans so to compare i had to measure again from under my glans
new measures is
BPEL: 5.5 INCHES measuring above my dick
5.9 INCHES measuring aside my dick
NBPEL:4.9 INCHES measuring above my dick
5.3 INCHES measuring aside my dick
EG:UNDER THE GLANS 4.6 INCHES
EG:MID SHAFT 4.8 INCHES
So i gained .2 inches in length and girth
i thought i didn't gain any length but i found out now that i gained .2 inches in length too
i just adjusted my routine to :
*LOT 6 O'Clock upward curve
15 min warm up with a cup of hot water changing it continuously 50~55 degree
30 mins stretches
2x 30 seconds Basic stretches (up , up right , up left ) (outward , outward left , outward right ) (outward , right , left)
2x 30 seconds A-Stretches , behind the cheeks 3 directions and flaccid bend four directions
100 side too side , 150 rotary and helicopters
this is my 30 mins stretch routine i feel good no pain or ED after workout ..
then i take 20 mins or sometimes more
50~70 % Jelqs , i change jelqs to mini jelqs some times
sometimes i use half jelq to target the middle of my penis
if i found my dick still good i can add some hourse squeezes
some time i found my penis tired so i stop my training immediately even if after my stretches !!
any tips ???
i know this is alot of stretches but i think iam conditioned now
when i feel fatigue i stop ,,
