so last night i tried something new.i heated my rice sock before going to bed and put it on my injured area while i slept.warming up wise i was not able tobget much done betweem work and then coming home to some more work.had to help my grandmother deskin the country ham i got her for christmas.the way my grandma does it tales a while.were goong to do it diffrent mext time.hers took like 30 minutes.a guy i work with can do it in 2 minutes.ima have him show me how to do it like that.anyways,then i went to the gym,after i got back around 9 pm is when i began my warming up.i also did 10 minutes of meditation while i was warming up.after i got through with the meditation i went on to bed and took the rice sock with me.i didnt sleep as well that night as i dod the night before.the rice sock seemed to help me go to sleep the first night,it made it harder the second night.i think the trick is to get your house nice and cold before going to bed with that rice sock on ya.it was a bit hot under the covers at first.eventually it got real cold.anyways,i just got to remember to turn the air down earlier amd itll be fine.
