Back in the saddle.

Well it's been a long time, gents. Life moves pretty quick when you're young. Spurred to start doing PE again because I've lost my self confidence again and figured that it's honestly a decent coping mechanism. Last time I was on the site regularly it was for the same reasons, and even without gains the awesome community here chills me out.

I am in the best physical shape of my life right now, no doubt. I've been actively doing yoga, cardio, and strength training and I feel strong. As I get more muscular though, when I look in the mirror my dong appears smaller. That and a variety of personal... uncertainties is really wearing on how I value myself sexually. Such is life.

My plan is to try to make some solid gains by hanging or doing some more ligament stretches. I don't want to build a hanger, but I don't know where to start either. Currently, my penis is almost completely vertical when erect. It's ridiculous, and I can't do many positions outside of her-on-top and missionary without causing discomfort to myself or my SO. If anyone could recommend some tactics to help while I come up with a way to build a hanger please let me know, I'd love to hear it.
