By God's grace, I woke up.

Today's Sleep Record:

- Sleep Duration: 7:00
- Sleep Quality: 4/5
- Morning Steel: 3.9/4.0

Today's training:

- Quick Kegels: 3 minutes
- Endurance Kegels: 7 reps (7 sec tight hold)

I am going by time now for kegels instead of reps. 3 minutes is my max. I will see how this goes.
