By God's grace, I woke up.
Today's Sleep Record:
- Sleep Duration: 6:52
- Sleep Quality: 4/5
- Morning Steel: 3.8/4
Since I am back to work now, I switched to Kegel Program on M, W, F.
Here's what I did this morning:
- Quick Kegels: 32 reps x 3 sets
- Kegel Slams: 9 reps (7 sec slow squeeze - 7 sec tight hold - 7 sec slow release)
Also for this week when I go to the bathroom:
- JAI Stretches during bathroom breaks: 27 reps
- Kegels during bathroom breaks: 8 reps
I wanted to update you on what happened on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday if I may.
- Friday was uber busy so I took a rest day.
- Saturday would be packed with activity so I got up early in the morning and I did a light verison of PE:
- 10m warm-up (FR, PT, PS)*
- 5m basic stretching (slow pulling out to prevent resistance)
- 7m Ultimate Jelq
- 5m warm-down (FR, PT, PS)*
* Fire-rolling, penis twirling, penis shaking
- Sunday was a rest day.
Lord willing, I will see if I can fit in edging or ballooning this week.
