If you are wondering where Friday's entry is at...I was supposed to do a PE workout on Friday however my family wanted me to accompany them going somewhere. I was a bit upset and then I remembered that family is more important to PE. I also remembered what Bruce Lee said about being like water..The actual quote is:
"You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.
So instead, I enjoyed time with them and counted Friday as a rest day. Real PE is being flexible and not allowing PE to control one's life...at least that is what I am learning. :)
I did my training this Saturday morning...let's recap:
- 10 minutes warm-up (fire roll, penis shaking)
- 2.5 minutes stretching (up + straight, down, left, right) (30 sec hold while holding a reverse kegel)
- 16 minutes Ultimate Jelq **
- 5 minutes warm-down (fire roll, penis shaking, bundled fire roll)
** I have learned that if I sit on the edge of the chair and sit on my scrotum skin, I can focus more on the CC.
