Hey again, three weeks in this update, didn't have time to post last week because of moving. Here goes!
Week 7 went well, up until Friday when my boyfriend had scheduled surgery. I knew I'd have to put off my PE for a while because I'd be busy taking care of him, but I thought I'd be able to get back to it before packing up and moving. In total I missed about a week, and I'm back to it again.
I measured yesterday, and to my surprise in my downtime my girth shot up another 1/8th of an inch! I'm just over 2 months in and I've already hit my girth goal! I was worried I may have lost some of my gains as well, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I'd maintained my BPEL and BPFSL measurements from 3 weeks ago.
As for my supplements, I got my hands on a capper and now have a bottle of what I'm calling my "futa pills". Stuffed into 00 caps is 50mg zinc gluconate, 125mg maca root, 220mg l-arginine, 2mg yohimbine, and 250mg pueraria mirifica. I take two of these a day. In addition I take another 1000 l-arginine, as well as my hormone regimen. It's definitely convenient having all of these supplements stuffed into one pill.
I was talking to a friend today who said he'd tried jelqing at one point but had trouble because it was difficult to avoid being at 100% erect. Thinking back to when I tried jelqing before I started hormones I remember that being a problem for me too. While my EQ may not be as good now because of low testosterone, it definitely helps me maintain that ~60% for PE https://cdn.pegym.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.png

Hey again PEGym! :D For some reason this week it feels like it's been ages rather than no time at all, I guess because I've been so busy with moving and school starting again.
Week 10 went great, mostly stayed on schedule after my last report. Even though I was able to do JP90 almost every day I didn't get a chance to do my full 20 mins of Bathmate as well. Being a girl means I already spend a lot of time in the bathroom, I kinda feel bad taking it up all the time with housemates.
Week 11 was a little more spotty, only managed to do the full JP90 routine 4 times instead of 5, though I did manage to squeeze the stretches in on the day I missed. Doing just the stretch part is easy because I don't have to create a mess of lube everywhere then spend time cleaning up, but I'm not sure how effective just 20 mins of stretching is without jelqs.
Speaking of lube, my PE bud pointed out the EVO article to me. Up until now I've been using Gun Oil, a silicone lubricant, for jelqing, so I'm curious to gather supplies and try it out myself.
Supplements are going well, I love the capping system I have now, so much easier! The one problem I ran into is listing all of my supplements at the doctor's office. Still figuring out how to make the soy lecethin more fun to take, just ordered a bag of granules because I hear they're easier to gulp down than the powderized form. I have a shoot at the end of this week though, so I'm doing everything I can to make sure I have a good load stored up :)
As far as measurements go, my only change from last week was BPEL even though I stuck to my routine pretty well. I'm wondering if I'm starting to plateau with my initial growth. I have 3 weeks left in JP90, at which point my extender routine begins, let's see if I gain any more before then.

Hello! My first post
Hello Pegym members!
I am so excited to finally start posting on pegym. Just like everyone else I have been lurking for the longest time, possibly 2 years. I have slowly been building up towards setting time and resources aside for a strict routine. I am married to a lovely lady and this is entirely for her. In fact, everything is for her. Even though our marriage is on the rocks, and we are technically separated, It is all for her. I am using this time to better myself in every way and focus all my thoughts and energies towards my families (mine and the in laws). I will obviously detail more in the relationship section.
There have been times where I have felt insufficient due to my size. My wife has always maintained that I am good enough for her, but I know times where I have performed less than satisfactorily. Before i started PE I was BEPL 5 inches and MEG 4 inches. When you read the statistics of average penis sizes around the world, it really is disheartening. Also the fact that my wife sees porn just like me, I know she gets to see much bigger penises that bring out different sexual responses from women.
Just for context see this image here, Indians have an average length of 4". That's rough.
So, I start my official PE journey with all of you and I hope to bring a lot of love and happiness all around.

Penis stretching
My penis is 6" by 5.5". I'm using the stretcher 4 hours a day, 2 hours twice a day. Today is day 3, I do notice that in its flaccid state, my penis is plumper than before. Yay!

A Routine That Seems to Work
I'm sure there are a lot of you like me out there: you want the gains, you draw up a routine, you figure out exactly what time of each day you can exercise and things are going great.
And then something happens. It's not intentional, it just happens. You stop. Maybe that 0.1 inch gain got you smelling yourself. Maybe you got lazy. Maybe life happened. But something happens and you stop PEing the way you envisioned yourself.
I've been around PEGYM for about five years and I've had a roller-coaster ride experience. Now, I've finally found a routine I feel fits me because my penis has responded well to it.
My Thinking
I played around with jelqing, stretching, squeezing and all types of manual exercises. Never have I bought a device (though I may one day get a bathmate if I plateau after good gains). I think I'm onto something.
I've combined a basic jelqing routine with the JP90 AND Big Al's Jelq Free routine. My results, so far though I haven't measured, feel amazinng
Before I started this routine, I had jelqed every day for about a month and a half, increasing my time jelqed by five minutes each week. Then I fell off from PE for two months. I re-acclimated my dick to PE for about 2 weeks before I started this routine, but I would make sure your penis is well conditioned for this routine.

Road to glory
I'm back and better than ever. After 3 years of on and off pegym and trying multiple exercises and supplements I came to a conclusion of what works best for me and my unit. I have given up numerous times but now i'm here to stay hence "road to glory" . I have prepared myself with a great routine for my upcoming days (30 days) see my results there and than do some adjusements and switch it up. I will not post my routine up right away just because it needs some testing before exposing the master piece 😈 . The mona lisa of pegym . I also have a high LOT so when I started I gained .5 in length in 1 month but HEY this is a gym so if you stop you are bound to lose some gains .. which I did . So with that being said , real-spartan fasten my seatbelt cause it's going to be a bumpy ride.

Penile Lengthening Devices
There are many devices out on the market today designed for the sole purposed of enlarging the penis. Most of them are a complete waste of money (not to mention dangerous); but there are a few good ones on the market. You will find 3 beliefs among men that practice PE- One group favors devices over manual exercises, the other group favors manual exercises over devices, and the third group favors using both for maximum variety. Personally, I'm in the last group, although I tend to favor manual exercises just a little bit more than using devices.
The main catalyst for growth in PE is tension. Whether that tension comes from your hands or from a device is irrelevant. What's most important is the intensity and volume of tension.
Pros:
- The good ones are easy to use and require only that you put it on, monitor it while it's on your penis from time to time, and take it off. That leaves your hands free and allows you the convenience of not having to concentrate on counting reps and sets.
-You get exact tension level reports with a stretching device.
Cons:
- Some are prohibitively expensive. The mediocre ones do almost nothing for girth.
- The potential for injury is fairly high. Injuries happen if you're careless about putting the device together and securing it to your penis correctly. Another reason that some men get injured is due to the restriction in circulation that some of these devices cause. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU MONITOR YOUR PENIS AT LEAST EVERY 15 MINUTES OR SO WHILE YOU'RE WEARING YOUR DEVICE!
- Most devices don't use a very high amount of tension (which can actually be a good thing if you're an overzealous beginner).
Big Al's personal take on the PROEXTENDER Penis Lengthening Device:
I was surprised at the elegant appearance of the wooden box that it came in. It was beautifully designed, and even seemed worthy of something that you'd put on a mantle in your home (that would definitely make for some interesting fireside chats, wouldn't it!) Its appearance surprised me almost as much as the quickness of the delivery did.

My penis hung low all day, and I could swear that it looked bigger when erect after only a day's use! Pro Extender Routines
Beginners-
The Pro Extender uses a system of "passive tension" for gains. Basically, the penis is placed under a fairly light stretch for several hours at a time. Of course, this may not be possible (nor is it desirable) for a beginner to do. The first few weeks using your Pro Extender should be spent trying to accumulate hours. First, determine how many of the rods you need to fit your penis securely into the Pro Extender. Though tempting, do not attempt to use more rods than your penis can handle. The only thing you'll accomplish by this is an uncomfortable stretch and repeated slippage. After you've got the necessary number of rods in place, start working on getting that perfect fit. Tighten the tension loop snugly, but not so tight that it affects circulation. ALWAYS use your Protection Pad! This will save you from irritating the sensitive skin behind the glans. If you feel any discomfort during any of your stretching sessions, remove your Pro Extender and massage your penis for a bit. Give yourself 15 minutes before resuming your session.
Some trainees like to mix their manual routines with their Pro Extender work. While this may be possible and can even work very well, I suggest doing the beginner's routine here: http://www.forsize.com/members/htm/p1.htm without any extra work added if you're not familiar with the Pro Extender.
Week 1
Day 1- To adjust the tension rods to the desired amount of stretch, please refer to this diagram: http://peforum.net/links/PROEXTENDERTENSION.jpg . It's recommended that you start at the lightest setting possible at first. Though the Pro Extender can be worn under clothing, you should train with your penis in plain view at all times to get used to the feeling of wearing the Pro Extender and to avoid any possible cutting off of circulation. This should be done for the first week of training, if possible. Prior and after each session do a few light stretches and conduct a light hot wrap or soak session like that described in the Warming Up and Cooling Down section here: http://www.forsize.com/members/htm/p3.htm .
Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 45 minutes in 3 sessions of 15 minutes each. If you can, try to adjust your Pro Extender so that your penis is pointing straight down. Your stretch should feel pleasant and fairly tight. At the end of the day, check for soreness and irritation. Take Day 2 off.
Day 3- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 1 hour and 40 minutes in 4 sessions of 20 minutes each. Though this seems a big jump over the amount of time stretched on Day 1, your penis and ligaments should adjust to this volume with little problem due to the slightness of the tension used. Take Day 4 off.
Day 5- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 2 hours and 20 minutes in 4 sessions of 35 minutes each.
Spend some extra time after your last session of the day in an extra long hot wrap/soak. Take Days 6 and 7 off.
Week 2-
Day 1- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 3 hours and 20 minutes in 4 sessions of 50 minutes each.
Day 2- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 4 hours in 4 sessions of 1 hour each. By this time, you'll start to feel as if you can wear your Pro Extender all day. Resist the temptation and stick to the routine as outlined. Take Day 3 off.
Day 4- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 4 hours and 30 minutes in 3 sessions of 1 hour and 30 minutes each. As you can see, you're starting to string together your sessions to eventually get to 1 long session.
Day 5- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 5 hours and 15 minutes in 3 sessions of 1 hour and 45 minutes. Take Days 6 and 7 off.
Week 3-
Day 1- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 6 hours in 3 sessions of 2 hours each.
Day 2- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 7 hours in 3 sessions of 2 hours and 20 minutes each.
Day 3- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 8 hours in 3 sessions of 2 hours and 40 minutes each.
Day 4- Things are changing a bit today. Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 9 hours in 2 sessions of 4 hours each, and 1 session of an hour.
Day 5- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 10 hours in 2 sessions of 4 hours each, and 1 session of 2 hours.
Week 4-
Day 1- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 11 hours in 2 sessions of 5 hours each, and 1 session of an hour.
Day 2- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 12 hours in 2 sessions of 5 hours each, and 1 session of an hour. Congratulations! You have reached your total hourly goal of 12 hours!
Day 3- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 12 hours in 2 sessions of 6 hours each.
Day 4- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 12 hours in 1 7 hour and 30 minute session, and 1 session of 4 hours and 30 minutes.
Day 5- Your goal for today is to stretch your penis for 12 hours in 1 9 hour session, and 1 3 hour session.
Day 6- Your goal for today is to stretch for one 12 hour session without anything more than a few short breaks.
At this point, you should be ready for the advanced Pro Extender routines.
Advanced-
Each week should have you stretching for a total of 72 hours- 12 hours a day with a day off.
Week 5- Your tension settings should be set at 600 grams of pressure.
Week 6- Your tension settings should be set at 900 grams of pressure.
Week 7- Your tension settings should be set at 1200 grams of pressure.
Week 8- Your tension settings should be set at 1500 grams of pressure.
After you've reached this level, you can start adding intensity techniques to your routine.
One technique would be to slowly raise and lower your penis while it's in the Pro Extender towards the end of your stretching session. Start with 50 reps, and try to work up to 500.
Another technique to try is moving the Pro Extender in different directions (slowly, of course). You can try side to side, up and down, circular motions, or a variety of all these. The key is to try and stretch your penis and ligaments beyond the level that you're accustomed to. That's what causes growth.
Yet another intensity technique is to add an extra half-rod above your current length and try holding this stretched position with the help of your hand. Don't squeeze too hard or you'll cause bruising.

Hanging Log
Okay, I have a problem with consistency with my routines. I find it easy to lose focus and miss days, leading to weeks, even months of lapsed coverage. However, when I have been consistent, I have achieved great results. It's been quite some time since I have been consistent, and I decided hanging might be the way to go. I do best with rigid structure and hanging routines are by their nature a good fit for that idea. I also thought that keeping a log may help in identifying what's working, what isn't, and may at some time provide some potentially useful data. Since I am going with hanging, I have entirely discontinued any other forms of PE. Hanging is a risky activity and focusing entirely on that should keep risk of injury at a minimum. Onward!

Hanging Log Week 2
So far so good, I look to continue to be diligent. I tried to use theraband for a wrap, but that lead to too much pinching to be comfortable, so now I'll have to pick up an ace wrap and see how that goes. I am awaiting the arrival of a more suitably sized clamp, hopefully it'll be a better fit than the currently too small one I use now. As always, I am researching still to look for any other considerations or modifications I may make to ensure I have the most effective and safe routine I can.
