By God's grace, I woke up. :)

Let's recap what I have done thus far today.

- Sleep Length: 7:00
- Sleep Quality: 4.0/5.0
- Morning Steel: 3.9/4.0

Kegels:

- 3 sets x 22 reps
- Kegel Slams: 3 reps

Extra Exercises:

- Kegels when going to the bathroom (urine hold - 7 seconds x 3 sets)
- JAI Stretch (20 reps - 2 sec hold)

Another training day in the books! Things are well!
