Focus this training cycle: Girth

By God's grace, I woke up that morning.

* Sleep: 6h 12m
* Morning Wood: Level 0

Day Training

* 5 sets of clamping x 10 minutes (Sets 1 & 2: clamps on the base and under glans, Set 3: 2 clamps on the base, Set 4: 1 clamp, Set 5: Triple clamping with one at base, one in the middle, and one under the glans)
* Daily Kegel Practice

Yoga

*30 seconds
* 6:43 seconds (Bonus Points!)


Showertime

*Testicle massage

Before Bedtime

* 15-minutes manual foreskin tugging

Excellent training time. I was able to get a good number of clamping in. Next post...The measurements! Dum-da-daaa!!
