Day Training
* 4 sets of clamping - 10 minutes (1st and 2nd set: clamps on base and under glans) - (3rd set: clamp at the base including ultimate jelqs) - (4th set: 2 clamps at the base and ultimate jelqs plus ultimate v-jelqs)
* Bundled LAS (up to 4 minutes) x various times in the day
Yoga
* 30 seconds
Showertime
*Testicle massage
Before Bedtime
* 15-minutes manual foreskin tugging

I started clamping early in my work day and surprisingly, I was able to get all 4 sets in without the usual transition of having to clamp late. When I did the UJ and UVJ during clamping, there was no pain however tremendous expansion. Great chubby!
