Physical Fitness

* Approximately 5m 00s dynamic warm-up
* 2 minutes M-100's
* 1 rep each (Frog Pump / Bodyweight Squat)

Showertime

*Testicle massage

Before Bedtime

* 15-minutes manual foreskin tugging

Evening Training

* 15-minutes (alternating exercises between 1 minute of The Oscillator and Slow Squash Jelqs)
