* 15-minutes manual foreskin tugging

Day Training

* 3 sets of 10 minute clamping
* Daily Kegel Practice

I got my clamping in regardless of the busyness. Today was a good day. I did not feel like doing the Glute Challenge yet I did it. Will over feelings.
