Welp, no training on Thursday since my wife wanted to have sex with me. I ain't mad! LOL! Also, the reason I didn't do frog pumps either. My EQ during sex was 3.0 since she wanted to have sex right after I finished my Barre workout.

Other things I have learned and have paid attention to when having sex with my wife:


  • She doesn't like when I kegel inside of her...it hurts her.
  • One thing I squeezed the base of my penis to balloon it during rear entry, it hurt her.
  • If I have two days of sex in a row, I have a harder time ejacualting on the second day.
  • Rear entry can cause her pain if I enter too fast or thrust too fast.


Good things for me to note and observe...And the adventure continues!
