I started off not doing a newbie routine, but I ordered an extender from x4 labs and used that for around 4 months (somewhat consistently) however I just found out after much research that I need to be extending upwards instead of downwards because my LOT is at 6 or 7 oclock. However I kee reading about people gaining more with less, and I am just afraid I have used up any gains I wouldve had if I started with the newbie routine. Should I just do the manual stretches and jelquing, along with the extender? Or should I take a break and then begin the newbie routine? I have an iR lamp I use with the extender, but I never measured when I started the extender so Im not sure exactly how much I gained, but Im fairly sure I did gain a little bit. I just need advice
