* Morning Wood: Level 3.5
Cardio
* 9-minutes warm-up
* 30-minutes No Repeat Cardio + Strength Workout
* Day 2 of 30 Day Glute Challenge (70 reps each: Sumo Stance Body Squats & Frog Pumps)
* Workout Shake: 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 4 tbsp of hemp protein power, 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter, 1 banana, + water
Before Bedtime
* 17-minutes manual foreskin tugging
Evening Training
* 15-minutes of the AM
* Daily Kegel Practice

Sensational training day! I wanted to quit during the 30-minute cardio/strength and even the glute challenge yet I remembered the advice yogi Raghunath stated, "When things get tough...breathe."
I used Ujjayi breath to calm me down and I fought (the inchworm exercise in the 30-minute cardio almost made me tap out!) to the end successful! Thank you, Jesus! LOL!
Foreskin pulling is going great. I am starting to see wrinkling. My wife complimented me on my dedication and even started to ask questions about what I do. I educated her on the benefits of a foreskin.
EQ for the AM was strong in the beginning then softened when I reached to Pyramid Rush. I finished with a few Oscillators.

Agile Results is going very well. I am slowly started to rein in the chaos. I'm excited to learn more and to master the information. I am starting to look into a different career and career options because frankly customer service phone service is beating me down.

P.S. Morning steel for 7/11/2018 was innnnsane. I felt a 5 out of 4 scale! So amazing! Even with only 5 hours of sleep!
