((Thoughts))
Another excellent training time. I found out that the Osc (Oscillator for short) works on girth and can give flaccid gains too. I'm intriguged to see how this works. I am all about optimization now and customizing what works for me and my time schedule. I want to learn more about my own uniqueness and how my body works. I want to master myself and even if I use other people's advice, this may not fit me because they do not understand my schedule nor my body.
I like what author David B. Angus said in his book "The End of Illness":
"...It is crucial to remember that different people need different remedies and there's no perfect solution."
I am starting to listen to my body more especially the penis to see what will work for me. I am not saying that I know it all or will be stubborn to advice...I am learning that for me that I need to learn more about me and what fits me instead of being pigeon-holed into a set training regime or schedule.
I agree also with Bruce Lee's philosophy:
Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own. ― Bruce Lee
For me, the keywords for me in this period of training is...customization and personalization.
Thank you for stopping by.
