2018: a penis odyssey (Depression, PIED, PE escpecially).

Does anybody have any tips on increasing my PONR control while fantasizing? Should I just focus on the physical aspects and not fantasize at all? Will an increase in my resistance to physical stimulation even translate to actual sex if I just get too turned on in the first place?
