So I just got to 5.5 months while having a 2 week break. I have switched my routine up the last approximately 3 months and that has been working well. My schedule is this:
10x 1min-1min 15sec squeeze blood into penis using uli and then clenching while KEGELING for time.
Morning- 10min warm shower and direct fossit water (even warmer) then 10min stretch- 50sec on 10 sec off- 3- between legs, 2 straight up, 2 toward belly, 1 left 1 right, then 25 sec bundled stretch- twist pull straight up each rotation. Then Ice fossit water directly onto penis while stretching it slightly for about 4 mins.
Night- 10min warm shower, then 15min jelq with Vaseline while 60-80% erect with 7-10 ULI,s in between. Then Same ice bath as before.
I also edge for about 15min twice throughout the day and do reverse kegel whenever I pee.
Also 1g L-arginine in morning and night, so 2g total.
Another thing that is crucial is that I do not cum more than once a week and the less often the better, it helps with eq, long lasting in bed and better blood circulation every day.
As you see below I have made some good gains the past 3 months but I want to get a thicker penis, I have heard doing the twists (bundled stretch) helps but if anyone has achieved girth gains let me know what exercises you used. If anyone is still active and reading this can you comment cause I think this website is dead?
