I'm starting this monthly blog in hopes to staying motivated and to track my progress. Moreover, I want to see if penis enlargement actually works.
A little about me:
- Height: 182 cm or ~6 foot
- Start values:
Weight: 96kg or 211pounds 22% body fat
Erection length- 7 inches (bone pressed/BP)
Erection Girth- 5.5 inches
-Main End goal:
Erection length- 8 inches (BP)
Erection girth- 6+ inches
Weight: 86kg, 12-15% body fat
I know I should be happy with the size I have but if I have the opportunity to grow, I would take it. I am rather overweight and have got a 1 inch(maybe more) fat pad, making my guy look alot smaller so losing overall body fat is also a goal for me.
I will be doing monthly updates on my progress. Personally, a goal off +0.25 inches in 2-3 months is a good target and the short term achievements (if any) will be more motivating.
I will do manual stretches only, I've read some worrying facts about hanging so I try to stay clear from it. I will try to up the intensity every week or two to try and combat any plateau. I have also read about the decreased erection quality that may occur during this process if you overwork, so to minimise this I will stretch 3/4 times a week with plentiful rest in-between. I also hope to put the "lose 5kg/11lbs for 1 hidden inch" rule to test.
Let's see how this goes.
