Good Morning Stalkers! :spy:
Since today is rest day, I will give random bullet points on things that have been happening in life, training, and my faith. No chronological order. Enjoy.
- Vibrator is scheduled to arrive today. o_O
- I did 20 reps of Tub Jelqs last night. Still had strong morning wood.
- Learning more about my erroneous zones. I get bored during the same thing over and over.
- I have been doing daily kegels/RKs/Slow kegels consistently.
- My wife is FINALLY no longer complaining about 10 second kisses. I secretly think she likes them now.
- I have been doing mobility exercises everyday consistently. My hips are feeling juicy and loose.
- I have been wearing a cock ring as much as I can except sleeping or showering.
- Started to do mediation practice using the website "Headspace" in the mornings.
- I have also taken up the insane habit of taking cold showers after reading the Bible with the wife. A great way to start the day and get my testosterone up and running.
- Listening to the audio book "Thrive" by Arianna Huffington. She gets it in regards to learning to rest better and I finally get it too.
- I am starting to add coconut oil to my breakfast to help my body. I think since this was missing, my EQ may have been affected.
- Starting to look for new challenges to help boost my testosterone and increase my EQ levels. Stay tune on what I tackle. :becky:
- Speaking of new challenge, I will be going to judge a debate contest at an university. This is out of my comfort zone yet I get to learn a new skill which is always helping in building new dendrites in the brain.
