Whoa...just...whoa. This morning, I had 4.0 out of 4.0 morning wood. I mean a THROBBING (without me consciously doing it) morning wood.
Okay, I'm about to share with you what may be considered "Woo-Woo" stuff yet I'll lay it out here.
Last night, I watched videos geared for men and the speaker started to share with me about how powerful I can make my penis....how sex can be healing to my wife....how the penis is a psychological barometer of my current state. The teacher dropped so much information about men and women that I didn't know that my mind literally felt enlightened. I felt empowered.
Before bed, I literally talked to my penis and apologized for being dissatisfied with it and to forgive me for mistreating it. I also drunk 4G tea and did towel raises (1 set of 20).
This morning my penis was raging hard. The hardest its been...yet!
I also contribute this to doing kegels everyday (forward and reverse) - 3 x 20 reps.
Today I started Phase 2 where I am adding Slow Squeezes (5 second slow kegel, 5 second hard squeeze, 5 second release & RK. I thought I may experience pain (in the past, I could barely do them now my perineum muscles are stronger since doing daily kegels and daily mobility work).
So I wanted to share the fantastical news with you.
