Last night I did not feel like doing any cardio yet I remembered that cardio helps unlock erections and hardness (big motivation...pun intended). I persuaded myself to do at least 30 seconds of training and I could go longer if I wanted for bonus reps.
I ended up completing a 30-minute low impact Tabata training. This went very well and especially since I am training myself to breathe through my nose, I dominated the workout with energy to spare.
Are you familiar with Tabata training? Have you ever done it before?
Now mind you, the trainer (Millionaire Hoy) used weights in his video, I used no weights. Still, I felt good.
I finished the workout with hip circles practice. I'm loving hip circles and I have to agree that they are awakening the mobility in my hips better. Every morning I do mobility exercises to awaken the body and my left hip no longer aches.
I'll post about hip circles more if there is an interest.
