Just did some research and bought some vitamins and supplements to aid in my PE and physical workout routines.
I'm 24 years old and just wanted to give it a go to see how it pans out. I don't have any problems getting hard, or anything like that. I just want to see what the potential benefits are of taking these supplements and what else I can gain from them.
I'm starting with 1 tablet a day for the first week then going to slowly up the dosage to the amount listed on each bottle.
Everything is Vitamin Shoppe brand unless otherwise noted
- Damiana leaves 450 MG
- Lecithin 411 MG
- SOURCE NATURALS L-Arginine/L-Citrulline Complex: 750 MG Arginine, 250 MG Citrulline
- SOLARAY OptiZinc 30 MG Zinc Monomethionine, 20 MG Vitamin B-6
- L-Lysine 500 MG
I am also working out 3-5 days a week and transitioning to a more plant-based, whole grain diet. I will take 1 tablet every morning until April 30 then up the dosage closer to what's recommended on the back of the bottle.
Recommended Dosages
Lecithin: 1 tablet 2x daily
OptiZinc: 1 tablet daily
Arginine/Citrulline: 1 tablet 4x daily
Damiana: 1 tablet 3x daily
Lysine: 1 tablet daily
I am doing the Jelq Free Routine 3x a week and incorporating a Jelq/Bathmate Routine in-between those days. I also try to use the bath mate as a warm down after The Jelq Free routine.
I will post starting measurements on Monday 4/24. I will also abstain from beating off, as it tends to kill my EQ and I feel a much better hang when I leave it alone. I am taking the lecithin specifically to increase my nut loads, and I'm hoping those loads quadruple by laying off the hand.
I am also doing Insanity workouts and running outdoors for an hour every other day (when weather permits). I am aiming to cut down from 211 to 175-180 by my 25th birthday in late October. So to recap:
- Routine: Jelq Free Routine 3x/Week with bathmate warmdown PLUS 3 sets of 50 Wet Jelqs and 30 V-Jelqs w/5minute Bathmate pump after each set (in-between Jelq-Free Routine Days)
- Supplements: 1 tablet each of Lecithin, L-Lysine, Zinc/Vitamin B-6, L-Arginine/Citrulline Complex and Damiana Leaves, increasing the dosage closer to bottle recommendation after April 30
- Workouts: Insanity (3-4x/week) and 6 mile run (2-3x/week depending on weather) also pull-ups every morning, as many sets of 5 as I can do all day long.
- Diet: More vegetables and whole wheats and less fried foods. 8+ glasses of water/day. Green tea 2x/day. Meals only between 1-8 p.m.
- Abstaining from porn and beating off indefinitely
- First Measurement: Monday April 24
What I'm hoping to get:
- Greater expansion during PE
- Quadruple sized cum loads
- Easier erections to enter BathMate without needing porn
- Better cardio and muscle recovery during workouts
- Increased results from my routine
That's all folks. I took one of each supplement a few hours ago and I don't feel anything just yet, but I will take again tomorrow morning. Also going to PE tonight.
