Hanging Log

Okay, I have a problem with consistency with my routines. I find it easy to lose focus and miss days, leading to weeks, even months of lapsed coverage. However, when I have been consistent, I have achieved great results. It's been quite some time since I have been consistent, and I decided hanging might be the way to go. I do best with rigid structure and hanging routines are by their nature a good fit for that idea. I also thought that keeping a log may help in identifying what's working, what isn't, and may at some time provide some potentially useful data. Since I am going with hanging, I have entirely discontinued any other forms of PE. Hanging is a risky activity and focusing entirely on that should keep risk of injury at a minimum. Onward!
