Hey again PEGym! :D For some reason this week it feels like it's been ages rather than no time at all, I guess because I've been so busy with moving and school starting again.
Week 10 went great, mostly stayed on schedule after my last report. Even though I was able to do JP90 almost every day I didn't get a chance to do my full 20 mins of Bathmate as well. Being a girl means I already spend a lot of time in the bathroom, I kinda feel bad taking it up all the time with housemates.
Week 11 was a little more spotty, only managed to do the full JP90 routine 4 times instead of 5, though I did manage to squeeze the stretches in on the day I missed. Doing just the stretch part is easy because I don't have to create a mess of lube everywhere then spend time cleaning up, but I'm not sure how effective just 20 mins of stretching is without jelqs.
Speaking of lube, my PE bud pointed out the EVO article to me. Up until now I've been using Gun Oil, a silicone lubricant, for jelqing, so I'm curious to gather supplies and try it out myself.
Supplements are going well, I love the capping system I have now, so much easier! The one problem I ran into is listing all of my supplements at the doctor's office. Still figuring out how to make the soy lecethin more fun to take, just ordered a bag of granules because I hear they're easier to gulp down than the powderized form. I have a shoot at the end of this week though, so I'm doing everything I can to make sure I have a good load stored up :)
As far as measurements go, my only change from last week was BPEL even though I stuck to my routine pretty well. I'm wondering if I'm starting to plateau with my initial growth. I have 3 weeks left in JP90, at which point my extender routine begins, let's see if I gain any more before then.
