My first week went well. I learned a lot and got a feel for the exercises. I toned it down a lot, originally I thought I could go all-in with JP90, Bathmate, and extender, but after reading here I forced my hand to chill and go slow.
This week was mostly about getting the routine down, which was more than just figuring out what order to do exercises. I also had to figure out when to fit PE into my schedule, and how to maximize the use of my time. I settled on doing PE in the evening when my boyfriend and I usually watch a movie or tv show. At the same time I can do my breast enhancement (NBE) routine as well.
After my first session I felt like I was hanging lower, which could've been due to the heat on that day as well.
By the end of the week I noticed some awesome positive PI's. My hormone therapy (HRT) had the effect of making it difficult to pee while standing up (yes I stand up sometimes at home) because rather than a steady stream like before HRT it was an unpredictable spray. Since starting PE I can pee straight again! I'm guessing it's due to the muscles getting worked down there being able to contract and control things properly again.
The first weekend I took 2 days off while I was home for 4th of July. It's a 3 hour ride home, and my boyfriend was driving so I laid back and did my routine in the car! It was a big truck so only big tractor-trailers had the possibility of glancing in and seeing something, though the windows were tinted so I doubt any truck drivers' days were made ;D I did the same on the ride home.
