Latest session went slightly better. I was tired and so it was harder for me to keep a keen focus on the task at hand.
The major factor I am really noticing is the IKs and how they heighten my arousal 2 levels in a split second. I have tried to combat that by breathing in deeply and Reverse Kegeling as I stroke upwards and it seems to help, but only as much as my PC muscles will allow because I am new to reverse kegels.
Same time set on phone: 20 minutes.
Was only able to come close to PONR twice before timer went off which is one less time than previously. Really gonna focus on Reverse Kegels and relaxing the hammock, as it were.
