This has been a long time coming. I actually discovered jelqing as a teenager, maybe about 15 years ago. But I didn't actually do anything about it. I think for a long time I was worried about doing it wrong, damaging my penis. I was also a bit skeptical if I'm honest. In my early 20's, I remember seeing a documentary on british channel 4, a few years ago with my ex-partner. This journalist was trying out different penis extension methods, including Jelqing, and he got pretty impressive results in just one month. I was really surprised and decided I wanted to give it a go. Unfortunately, I wasn't very committed to this. I might do a couple of days of Jelqing, wonder if I'm really doing it right and then it would somehow turn into masturbating instead.
This year, I decided I would like to try getting more into Jelqing, but I knew I wasn't ready to be quite so disciplined yet. So I purchased the Phallosan Forte, which I had read about on here. When it arrived, I was excited to try it, but I couldn't quite figure out how to make it fit. My penis seemed too big for the small sized one, it seemed to fit comfortably into the middle sized one, but when I would try to use the suction and fit the belt, it would pull itself off after a while, which made me think I was too small for the middle one. I felt a bit frustrated, like I had just wasted my money. I was hardly surprised. I can never find clothes to fit me either, I'm always just between sizes, for shoes, and clothes, so why not for the Phallosan.
Today, I got it back out, after a couple of months of it being sat in the drawer under my bed, gathering dust. I had been talking to my friend the other day who said he has been doing kegels and jelqing and got big gains in just 6 weeks, so I decided to give my Phallosan another go. This time, I decided to force my penis into the smaller sleeve. It worked and I'm trying the 1 hour test with the belt on the green setting. I am not sure how it will work when I get up to 8 hours per day of wear, because the idea of wearing it during the daytime is unfeasible. Although the manufacturers say this is viable, when I put on my trousers, it is clearly visible and there is no way I would leave my bedroom wearing it. Wearing it at night is what appealed to me when I wanted to purchase it, though it does feel like such a tight fit, that I would be worried about getting an erection during the night. We will see how it goes.
I know that a lot of people try the Phallosan when they have already tried jelqing and other methods for a while and want to build on their results. I also know that a lot of other people use kegels and jelqing etc alongside the Phallosan. I thought it might be useful and interesting for me, and perhaps others who are interested in finding out if this really works on its own, to log my progress. I will likely do it for a year with just the Phallosan then I may try jelqing as well as or instead of this, depending on the results.
I haven't measured all my starting stats yet. I know in the past my penis has been about 6.3" in length when erect but I know that when I lose weight it can go down to 6.1". My girth I can't actually remember. I'm going to log this later when I get an erection. I think it's about 3.5" or something. I have no real ambitions per se. I'm cut, so my penis looks a lot bigger than it really is, and I have very good stamina sexually as I've been practicing edging for years and was into taoist sexual yoga/multiple orgasms for a few years when younger, so I have no anxieties about my sexual performance. But it would be nice to see a bit more length and especially girth would be good. Particularly when flaccid. I'm more self conscious about my flaccid penis than anything else. It doesn't stop me getting naked on a nude friendly beach on holiday, but it doesn't make me feel all that sexy either.
In the interests of full disclosure, incase it has any bearing on my results, from a scientific point of view, I feel I should say that I know that there are probably many factors which affect my girth - I'm a stone (7kg) under my minimum healthy weight, and I know that when I did hit my healthy weight target once a few years ago (which lasted only 3 months and took an awful lot of effort in the gym and kitchen), my penis was a lot thicker, especially when flaccid. But I find it really difficult to maintain a healthy weight. I have never been a normal weight in my life, except for that one 3 month period where I managed to maintain my weight at 9 stone 10lbs. If I can see some gains in my penis, even without gaining weight overall, that would be impressive enough in itself. It might even inspire me to make more of an effort in the gym.
I've just removed the device after an hour. It was quite difficult to get off to be honest. it felt like it was really pulling at my penis to get it off. I think this is probably because it's a bit of a cosy fit, but maybe it is supposed to be that way. On initial inspection of my penis it doesn't appear discoloured or bruised, which apparently is an important sign.
I actually feel quite pleased, just for having completed my first ever hour long session. Another 7 days and Ill be able to wear it in my sleep, hopefully.
