1. 11 minutes of jelqing.
2. 15 minutes of pumping with the red Penomet gaiter.
3. 25 minutes of manual stretching in various directions. Mostly side to side. Would do 100 reps then take a few seconds for a break then change hands.
Took, my supplements, Vigrx, semenax, SemEnhance, F20 gen plus.
Morning wood was not good. Due to reasons outside of PE.
