Jelq free routine (1st ever blog)

Hi all,

My first ever blog here so be patient!!

I have been a member on here for some time now and have not long completed the JP 90 routine with what I would call minimum gains! Not through the routine itself but most probably through my inconsistency in completing routines through work or family commitments. I managed to gain .25" in length but not sure in girth as I have never measured it, whenever a time becomes suitable to measure I never seem to have anything to hand to use for girth measurements!!

Time was always an issues with the JP90 workout as my wife would shout upstairs asking why I was spending so long up there after a shower or bath but after checking Big Al's 'Jelq Free Routine' out I figured I could do 'The Squeeze' whilst in the shower and 'The Stretch' in the bedroom making it a quicker routine to complete.

I will however be adding Jelqs in there too but not sure how many until I start the routine properly next week. So far I have been getting used to 'The Squeeze' and Stretches before committing to starting the workout properly. Last week a did 3 short workouts and so far this week I have worked out both Monday and last night (Tuesday) adding more squeezes and stretches to each work out. Last night I managed to get 20 squeezes out before my dick started to fatigue so I can use that as a point of interest to work to or improve on, hopefully achieving the 50 reps Big Al says to work to. I also did 600 stretches before my hands started to cramp up and my dick getting sore from the pulling.

I'm having a rest night tonight but today I am wearing a cock ring to make up for it so my dick is engorged all day. I will practice again tomorrow and Friday giving myself the weekend to recover before I start the routine properly next Monday.

My starting stats on flaccid stretch length is 7 5/8" and my erect length is 7" as of last night. I will measure girth when possible, hopefully tonight and record on here.
