Weeks 3-4

Approaching my first month and I certainly had a few ups and downs (excuse the pun!).

My 3rd week started off OK on the Monday but the next day I only lasted 2 hours with the Phallosan. My glands hurt so much that I took it off for the rest of the day. I had been wearing the tension on high green, thinking it was fine because it felt comfortable and I had been wearing it like that the previous week. Obviously wearing it that high too soon too quickly took its tool on my member and I now realize the importance of moving slowly! So I'm preceding on low-mid green.

The following Tuesday - I also only lasted 2 hours with the Phallosan, only this time my nails were the culprit. If I had trimmed my nails that morning, then the sleeve condom probably wouldn't have split when I tried to put it back on after using the toilet!

On the plus side I am becoming more comfortable wearing my Phallosan at work. I realize that it's not obvious to anyone else so I can stop worrying about that. I feel I can focus on my work a bit more that the thing that's tugging on my penis whilst im trying to go about my daily business and talk to people.

I have increased the time I use the Bathmate. I take a break after each 5 minutes and examine my member and decide if it is safe to do another 5 minutes. The instructions do say not to go over 15 minutes so I won't be doing that.

I have also started wearing a cock ring in the evenings to help keep the blood in after using the Phallosan and Bathmate and doing kegals whenever I remember to. Hopefully these factors will help me on my PE journey.

TUE 29th SEPT - PF: 2hrs BM: 15mins (3 sets of 5mins)
WED 30th SEPT - PF 10hrs BM: 10mins (2 sets of 5mins)
THUR 1st OCT - PF: 0 BM: 0
FRI 2nd OCT - PF: 0 BM: 0
SAT 3rd OCT - PF: 10hrs BM: 0
SUN 4th OCT - PF: 8hrs BM:15mins (3 sets of 5mins)

WEEK 2 Total - PF 40hrs BM: 35mins
