So this is my first update/blog for my PE activities.
Overall it has been a quite easy transition for being a hardcore masturbater to an avid PE trainer. The edging sessions has been god-like and I have definitely felt my EQ levels go up like crazy. I have changed my routine to be:
30mins stretching.
2 mins helicopter spins.
20 mins V-stretching and A-Stretching.
2 mins helicopter spins.
40 overhand jelqs.
1hr edging incorporated with kegals and NO EJAC'ING.
1 min helicopter spins.
Squats at gym during 1pm.
Same multivitamins as mentioned before.
3.75L of water a day.
And my stats as of the 23/08/2015 are:
Erect: 12cm length, 5" girth
Flacid: 7cm length, 5" girth
no change in length.
overall bummer but only 1st week.
