Recap on 3 years of P.E. + New Routine (Hanging, Pumping + Clamping)

When I first started P.E. I was 5 inches, 5.5 BPEL x 4.75 if were being specific and my goal was to hopefully get to 7 inches, but this still seemed like a pipe dream. I was entering grad school and was like ok I have two years to gain these two inches while I'm here and began extending and it was a lot of blood, sweat and tears and logged hours but in Summer 2014 I measured one day and I had to check at least 2 or 3 times because it said I was 7 inches BPEL. I freaked out and didn't want to lose these gains so I threw out my extender (not literally) and began hanging. I started with a sock hanger and at 5lbs. My goal was to at least cement these gains over the next year so I wouldn't lose my 7 inch gain that I worked for two years to get.

I eventually upgraded to a male hanger and it's now 1 year later since then, 3 years total of P.E. and I'm 7.5 x 5.25 BPEL and 7.0 x 5.25 NBPEL. I hoped I would've gained more by now but I haven't loss anything. I really only count NBPEL because it's all shaft and when I was 5 inches it was just shaft but when I pressed it down it said 5.5 I never heard of BPEL until starting P.E.

I gained .5 of girth without actually doing any girth exercises. the first .25 gain was over the course of two years of extending and just came about randomly and the last .25 I got from hanging. Now that I've gotten to 7 inches and cemented for 1 year I feel stuck at this length but I'm not complaining because I was stuck at 5 inches at one point in my life so I'm still grateful.
But now I will start focusing on girth. My goal is to get to 6 inches of Girth so even if I don't gain anymore length I'll at least be
7.5 x 6 BPEL and 7 x 6 NBPEL.

My current routine is focusing solely on girth but I do about 1 hour of hanging a day just to cement my gains. I want to cement my 7 inches for at least two years because it took me two years to gain it, so maintaining it for two years will lock it in more and then I can have a life time maintenance routine.

When I first started P.E. I would read stories of guys that did P.E. for 4-5 years and I thought that was amazing that they could stick with it for that long and I'm surprised I made it to 3 years because if I hadn't gotten to 7 last year I was literately about to quit, but making it to 7 made it harder to so here I am now logging 3 years.

This new routine I'm posting below is an experiment as most of P.E. is but I will be doing over the next two years, so I will see where I'm at logging my 5th year. Because I've spent 2 years on length and 1 year cementing that length, I now want to spend the next two years on girth even if it takes that long to get to 6 inches. So my routine is 1 hour of hanging and 3 hours of girth work. I'm currently on day 29 of this routine and it's much more doable and will just become an everyday thing which will leave me fatigue but won't be overwhelming like when I first started.

Current Routine (Will do over the next 2 years and document progress)
This routine is 7 days on, but I can take at least 1 day off whenever I want (usually when I board or lazy lol)

Morning:
1. Hanging (3x sets of 20min) Current Max Set 15lbs (My weight dropped down because I've added girth exercises)
2. Pumping (3x sets of 20min) I Pump directly after I hang never before.
3. Clamping (3x sets of 20 mins) Directly after I Pump I clamp (I hold the blood in and edge, it's a very intense build up)

Night:
1. Clamping (3x sets of 20mins) After my penis has rested throughout the day I clamp and edge to get in a second hour
2. Towel Raises (4x sets of 25) I Towel raises because Pumping, hanging and clamping can weaken EQ so I make sure I keep my EQ high. I've yet to have low EQ with this routine, but I do so anyway just to keep my dick rock hard.

Hanging: 1 hour (Cementing)
Girth (3 hours)
- Pumping (1 hour)
-Clamping (2 hour)

Hanging I do 7 days a week, but will have one day I drop the weight down to it's much lighter, so I'm still hanging and fatiguing my dick but I can rest because it's not as much.
Clamping/pumping I'll do 6 days a week and give one rest day to let rest so I don't over train an get low EQ.

I will do this routine in 90 day increments, I'll be hitting 30 days tomorrow and will track what's working and what isn't each 90 days and log my progress. After I do this routine my dick gets to 6.0-6.25 girth which is my goal. So I'm training my dick to get use to being stretched to that girth daily until it begins to grow to that state and once I get to 7 x 6 I'll just cement my gains with this same routine.

It seems like a lot but How it's broken up it's only 3 hours in the morning and 1 hour at night.
When I began extending I would log 8 hours a day (4 in the morning, 2 in the day and 2 at night) so it's far less time consuming then that routine was.
