PRE WORKOUT PE ROUTINE
Warm Up Routine:
Hot bath as hot as you can stand it without inflicting pain to ones self. Rest in water for 5-10 minutes massaging penis and working the heat in as well as the muscles groups and tendons surround the whole area of operation. Better the warm up the less likely you are to be hurt. 150 Jelqs at a moderate pressure and rate of speed switching left to right or right to left in an even rotation. Finish your bathe and continue into workout and hanging routine before body has a chance to start cooling down. I recommend no longer than 5 minutes.
Hanging Routine:
10 minutes OTS @ 7.5lbs. with three sets of 50 Kegels throughout hanging session (this will feel like a downward pull by your penis, Try to hold for 1-5 seconds at a minimum...any hold is better than none so work at it)
10 minutes SD @7.5lbs. immediately following OTS Hang. Three more sets of 50 kegels during this session. Kegels will be a lot less pronounced of a movement but rest assured it is working and keep going.
POST Workout Routine
Will remain the same as above except performed after workout when blood is flowing super heavy and Testosterone levels are assumed to be peaking. Any changes will be updated as such to keep you in the loop.
SUPPLEMENTS:
Word of caution- I am NOT a licensed medical physician and this is not a recommendation to do as I do. Any supplements taken by you should be done with caution and advice from a LICENSED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, again which I am not. These are simply things that I use and do in during and around my workouts that I have in effect found to be helpful in PE by mere chance if you will; thus I enhanced my routines and merge them for a hybrid routine to maximize benefits.
Protein Powder- one 30gram Shake with Vitamin D Milk after Hanging Routines and workout routines(Promotes Muscle Maintenance and Growth)
L-Glutamine Powder- 1Tsp after Hanging and Workout routines Mixed with juice or as I do with my Protein shake(Promotes Muscle MASS)
L-Lysine - one 1000mg tablet in the morning on an empty stomach if possible(Promotes Skin and Tissue Health/Repair)
BCAA's- one dose before routines and workouts(morning when I get up) and one following last session of the day.(BCAA's come in different doses so read the instructions, these are essential amino acids REQUIRED for muscle growth and strength. If you know you don't eat proper and most don't even me, you should consider this as it will ensure you get your dose)
Men's Sport Multivitamin- One tablet in the morning for me but follow your directions on the bottle you purchase because they are generally different. Sports vitamins are designed for more active individuals and or younger people who need extra uptake.(General Wellness)
Creatine Powder- Take as directed by instructions on container. (Promotes muscle growth, repair, and fullness)
Testosterone Booster- Take as directed and make sure to choose a good one. I have taken many only to find most are not worth the bottle they are placed in. I always use all NATURAL sources and NOT Steroidal. If you want to know why look it up, I Highly recommend an all natural because it is just better and doesn't mess with your bodies NATURAL REGULATION of this Chemical we all love so much. Don't mess around with this or you will be sorry. If you want to know more about what I have and have not tried PM me and I will fill you in. Do not trust any TEST BOOSTER they are not all created equal.(Increased testosterone levels for Lean Muscle Growth, Erections, Endurance, overall energy and performance.)
Pre Workout PUMP/Nitric Oxide Support- These come in pills and powders normally labeled just as I have it<----. Take as directed by the bottle as some are rather intense. (Promotes intense workout energy and pumps muscles with Nitric Oxide to promote muscle fullness)
My silent ingredient- I have been on some new stuff recently that I was actually just shocked to see the results and when in proper combination with all of the above had a very noticeable effect on my penis performance and growth. Sorta what lead me here so I could find actual trusted routines that I could use to yet again enhance my work outs and growth. If interested PM me about what I am using and I will get back to you. Reason for not posting this is because I don't want someone just coming through and picking up a list of supplements and eating them not knowing what they are or what they CAN do if taken wrong or by someone praying for instant results and taking "dosing" into their own hands. Feel free to message me because it works but only if you work. However the rate at which it works can reduce your time needed on gains. IN MY OPINION FROM MY EXPERIENCE. No it is not a magic chemical and yes you still have to work. But it can shave time. Also I am making sure of my result before I make a total release of if it is 100% effective in lasting results. SO FAR yes.
PROPER DIET:
Most do not realize the actual significants of this but I assure you this can be one of your biggest gainers. I would suggest finding a good eating plan that works for you. Not necessarily something that is a 'Diet" if you will. Just proper eating to get all the needed proteins, fats, acids, carbs, sugars and essential nutrients for daily living. The proof is in the pudding. If you want good lasting results it requires you take the extra step and go the extra mile to get them. All want it, few have the guts and will power to achieve it. Make the difference starting with you and be a model of success for someone else.
PI's:
Positive PI's: Upon visual inspection penis is looking fuller after ten(10) days of hanging and jelqing. Length is of minimal noticeable value but present. Left side of penis has more pronounced veins and just looks better to me. Erections feeling slightly harder each time.
Negative PI's: None to report at this time
Neutral PI's: Normal wear and tear as far as anyone would imagine. Stretching creates a stretched feeling.
