Exercise releases endorphins, the brains natural morphine. It lowers anxiety, depression, pain, blood pressure. It calms down the over excitement. It lowers the orgasm neurotransmitter (norepinephrine).

Exercise, in one way or the other has been part of several premature ejaculation success stories.

When i started running, at the same time i started doing body weight squats, ass to the grass squats. I am up to about 100 squats a day thats 5 sets of 20 each.
So, looking at my situation i figured out that realistically the only things that would have contributed to my success last night were the breathing and relaxing along with the running and squats. The running and Squats probably fixed some sort of pelvic floor balance i think.

When you have done so, any Involuntary K's can almost be eliminated without you consciously performing a kegel and it rolls right into an RK; thereby causing a very slight reduction in your erection (momentarily) that stops the IK's in their tracks and, eventually with practice, gives you complete control over your ejaculations and ultimately gains the ability to DO. That is a wonderful place to be!

So. I recommend all pre-E guys practice squats first, work diaphragm breathing technique in second; doing at least 3 sets of 15 reps on full squats 3 or 4 X per day. After about 2 weeks, your pelvic floor should be equalized enough to start trying to initiate a front K (when you sense an IK coming on), then utilizing correct diaphragm breathing, shift that into a reverse K and feel the IK subside. Once you learn to do this and practice, it will come naturally, and you will be on your way to being pre-E FREE! Just be careful to maintain pelvic balance, by concentrating and feeling yourself kegel and move that into an RK. Don't over train in either direction, or you can relapse, or push yourself into Delayed-E too far....that can be distressing as well. I did that once and couldn't get off for several months. Bad case of blue-balls after sex! GF really enjoyed it though!

Hope this helps you guys suffering with pre-E!

First I did 2 minutes of running, then 4 minutes, by the end of the month I did 15 minutes, by 2 months 30 minutes. What exercising does is it releases endorphins and other GOOD HORMONES that your brain and body needs but is used to getting from masturbation. Do you see what the point is here? The point is doing INTENSE EXERCISE that will release the endorphins. The point is to generate the hormones through exercise, rather than through masturbation, since your body is used to getting them that way, and your mind will keep craving them unless you release them through vigorous exercise. Exercise will quicken your restarting process by channelling your energies in the right direction turning you into a healthier person with balanced hormones. It will cement your transition phase and is very crucial for you to get fixed.
Now when I am having sex, I do not even think about spasms, arousal, over excitement, it is just natural. Everything goes swiftly, as if the problem didn't exist. I used to get involuntary kegels as soon as penetration, I usually lasted from 3 - 5 thrusts. I can go for as long as I want now.

It is right that there is a point beyond all the jogging wont help much but there also is a point bellow where your lack of physical activity will impair your progress. For me that is about 20 minutes of jogging.

Also jogging gets you used to higher heart rates (in a way that they don't come as much shock to the body it self) and help your body get used to continuous motion under some strain better.

Personally it did attribute to faster progress and increased stamina.

Also you don't need to do it daily, even jogging every third or fifth day will do you good.

Of course if you can't jog for 20 minutes it really isn't a big deal since the more you jog the better you will be at it.
