29th - 12 hours Phallosan, 5 jelq, 7 stretch, 20 bathmate, 2 Phallosan
3oth - 7 min jelqs, 8 min stretch, 11 hours Phallosan
31th - 7 hours Phallosan, 30 minutes pumping
January Phallosan total 40 hours
Very easy to use. Easy to put on and take off. A great device.
